Mr. Dominique Mandonnaud, the founder of SEPHORA, opened his first perfume shop in Limoges, France in 1969. Cosmetics products were only sold at the department store counters without open-sell and free shopping at that time. Mr. Mandonnaud designed his unique store which is not only a retail store, but also a freedom beauty paradise for customers to visit and explore.
